Non-Cancellable Situations

1. Domain and Hosting Purchases

  • If domain and hosting services are purchased on your behalf, these costs are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Once a domain is registered and hosting services are set up, these services cannot be undone or transferred to another provider immediately.

2. Completed Projects

  • Once a project is completed and delivered, it cannot be canceled. We offer revisions to ensure your satisfaction, but once final approval is given, the project is considered complete and non-cancellable.

3. Client Delays

  • If delays are caused by the client, including but not limited to lack of communication or failure to provide necessary materials, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
