Eligibility for Refunds

1. Service Dissatisfaction

  • If you are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund. To be eligible, you must provide a detailed explanation of your dissatisfaction within 7 days of the service delivery date.

2. Non-Delivery of Services

  • If we fail to deliver the services as agreed upon in the contract, you are entitled to a get refund. This includes situations where the service delivery is delayed beyond the agreed timeframe without prior communication.

3. Cancellation by Client

  • If you choose to cancel the service before work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund. If cancellation occurs after work has commenced but before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.

Non-Refundable Situations

1. Completed Projects

  • Once a project is completed and delivered, refunds are not available. We offer revisions to ensure your satisfaction, but once final approval is given, the project is considered complete.

2. Client Delays

  • If delays are caused by the client, including but not limited to lack of communication or failure to provide necessary materials, refunds will not be issued.

3. Change of Mind

  • Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind once work has commenced, except as noted in the “Cancellation by Client” section.

4. Domain and Hosting Purchases

  • If domain and hosting services are purchased on your behalf, these costs are non-refundable. In case of a refund request for other services, the cost of domain and hosting will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 10 business days.

3. Refund Processing
